Please remember we are taking part in the Blythswood Shoebox Appeal once again this year. Every family should have received an information letter and checklist, as shown above.
Please remember the following key points:
ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE NEW.
THE SHOEBOX AND LID SHOULD BE WRAPPED SEPARATELY.
PLEASE INCLUDE THE ESSENTIAL ITEMS IN THE CHECKLIST.
FILL IN THE FORM AND ATTACH TO THE FRONT OF THE BOX.
PUT AN ELASTIC BAND AROUND THE BOX.
Additional checklists may be downloaded from http://www.blythswood.org/shoebox although I do have plenty spares which can be picked up in school.
Please ensure all shoeboxes are in school by Friday 27th October, and many thanks for your support with this worthwhile cause. Mrs MacLeod
Congratulations to Mrs MacLeod in nursery on the safe arrival of baby Tilly. Tilly arrived at 9.28am on Sunday 1st October.
We can’t wait to meet the latest addition to Team Cawdor!
Eden Court Pantomime – 20th December 2017
Please ensure that permission slips are returned and all monies are paid by Friday 6th October – many thanks!
Cauliflower Christmas Cards
The children have been busy creating Christmas cards and these will be coming home for you to view and to order should you wish. Please note that all orders and payment must be back in school by Wednesday.
We have begun to think about next term’s P4-7 performance, and to this end, we will be holding auditions on Tuesday afternoon, during the normal school day. Auditions will be for those children in Primary 6 and Primary 7 who are interested in a lead role. Children should prepare the following piece to perform in front of Ms Jerrett, Mrs MacLeod, and some of the children.
Those children who would be interested in a singing part, can prepare a musical piece to perform. This would only need to be a verse and a chorus.
Attached is a copy of the new lunch menu which will be starting after the October holidays. A paper copy will be going home in school bags this week and all information can be found at www.highland.gov.uk/schoolmeals.
